We offer up to seventy percent financing for residential house construction, allowing our clients to contribute only thirty percent of the total project cost. Even better, the thirty percent client contribution can be paid in flexible instalments, making it easier to plan and build without financial pressure.

Once the client’s thirty percent contribution is fully paid, construction commences immediately. From that point on, we take full responsibility for delivering the project professionally, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We come with both the expertise and the financing, ensuring that our clients focus on their vision while we handle execution.

Our strength lies in our fully in house professional team, which includes architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers, and experienced project managers. Having all these professionals under one roof guarantees seamless coordination, accurate costing, superior design, and strict quality control throughout the construction process. There is no fragmentation, no guesswork, and no unnecessary delays.

To make the journey even more convenient, the seventy percent construction financing is structured as a long term construction loan with a repayment period of up to seven years. The loan attracts an annual percentage rate of twelve percent, translating to approximately one percent per month. Our repayment terms are clear, predictable, and tailored to support long term financial stability for our clients.
