1. Proof of Ownership

Our journey starts by confirming the legitimacy of the property. We carry out a thorough verification and documentation process to ensure that the land title is authentic, undisputed, and ready for development. This step lays a strong foundation for everything that follows.

2. Feasibility Study

Before we break ground, we conduct a detailed feasibility study to evaluate the project’s potential. This includes market research, financial analysis, and site assessment to determine the most viable and profitable use of the property. Every decision is guided by data and real-world insight.

3. Findings and Recommendations

Following the study, we provide a comprehensive report that outlines our findings, insights, and expert recommendations. This document serves as the blueprint for the project’s success, shaping strategic decisions from planning to execution.

4. Design and Visualization

With clarity of direction, our architectural and design team develops concept drawings and 3D renders that capture the project’s essence. These visualizations allow our clients to see their dream come to life even before construction begins.

5. Approvals and Compliance

We prepare all working drawings and handle every aspect of regulatory compliance. Our team secures the necessary county and national approvals, ensuring that your project meets all legal, structural, and environmental standards.

6. Joint Venture or Lease Structuring

To maximize returns, Halifax offers flexible partnership models through joint ventures or leasing arrangements. Each structure is tailored to align with the client’s goals, ensuring financial balance, transparency, and mutual benefit throughout the partnership.

7. Construction and Delivery

Our experienced engineers and project managers oversee the full construction process from start to finish. We prioritize quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and cost control—delivering every project on schedule and within budget.

8. Rent Collection and Revenue Sharing

Upon completion, Halifax manages the rental process as part of our comprehensive service. Revenue is shared on a 70–30 basis, with 70% allocated to investors and 30% to the client, until the initial investment and agreed profit are fully recovered—within a maximum of fifteen years.

9. Project Handover

Once the investment recovery period concludes, full ownership and management rights are transferred back to the client. The property remains a thriving, income-generating asset—standing as proof of our shared success and commitment to excellence.
